Their support team seems very agile, they have support via LiveChat for pre-implementation/first level support issues that really works best. They also offer support through their ticket based on the help desk. Currently, phone support is not available.

Their overall pricing is truly competitive, with current events including 50% with a 1-year commitment, which means for the lowest package you pay $15.44 per 1 year! You can also pay monthly, with a starting price of $2.88 per month. Their price update is also very reasonable.
It is noted that there is $1.00 per month extra if you choose to host your site in your BRITANS data center.

Namecheap has a very wide range of web hosting services that must meet the requirements for most customers except if you are looking for Windows-based web hosting packages.
Their pricing is really aggressive, they offer a domain name with free Whois protection difficult to win.
They offer good customer service, and many support options, and reasonable upgrade prices for most of their plans.
With good customer reviews, we recommend Namecheap hosting for our viewers. Still, there are better choices with higher user rating than Namecheap hosting in 2019 but Namecheap is not so bad, either.
